I designed and optimized end-to-end features for advertisers and publishers on the MGID platform, enhancing campaign management, ad performance, and monetization through scalable, user-centric solutions.
During this project, I focused on developing a seamless, user-centric onboarding experience and establishing a customer development approach as a core design practice.
I was working as a part of a product team in different vectors – user activation, monetization and took part in a few projects connected to user acquisition.
My job was creating the wireframes, organizing, designing, and conducting usability testing sessions, analyzing data, and making the final design version for new onboarding to increase Day-1 user retention.
I worked in Yola for the last 4+ years and was a part of the team that created a new platform from scratch.
With a deep empathy for our audience, I focused on creating a user-friendly interface so that they could reach their goals with the Sitebuilder+.
It was a pleasure to work with Alina. She made an outstanding contribution as a UI/UX and Product designer. She helped establish user experience best practices and patterns for a DIY web presence solution used by millions of users. Her ability to conduct customer research to amplify the voice of the customer and to drive experimentation helped drive measurable product metric improvements.
