As a Product Designer, I work closely with the product and engineering teams to improve the platform and develop new features from ideation to launch, including post-release support and analysis. I actively contribute to defining an actionable strategy and roadmap creation, ensuring that design decisions align with product growth.
My work process includes the following:
Support the Product team during the strategic planning by providing related user insights and assessment of the individual initiatives and OKRs.
Support the Product team in defining the list of projects that would help to complete the defined initiatives and OKRs most effectively.
Support the Product team with the prioritization of individual projects in terms of the Impact those would have on the users and OKRs.
Support the Product team in conducting the competitive research and defining the initial set of requirements for the product story.
Create the design prototypes for specific features and improvements (including wireframes and UX writing)
Review and provide recommendations for Tutorials and other Support materials.
Communicate to the Product team that the feature or improvement is ready to be enabled for the users.
Alina is a talented Product Designer with great empathy toward users. She advocates for users' needs and converts her knowledge into features that are useful for users and profitable for a company. Alina has also strong experience in product hypothesis generation, defining success criteria, running and analyzing A/B tests. She also writes clear requirements for engineers and successfully manages all stages until a feature is in production. I've really enjoyed working with Alina.
